Where I'm From Poem.

Hi! so, if you're reading this, that means you're about to play a little game. But before I say the instructions, I would like to give credit and thanks to three people:

1. First, my AIG teacher, Ms. Sandor, at Cox Mill Elementary school I go to. This AIG poem was a little challenging, but you helped me go through it.

2. Next, to George Ella Lyon who wrote the poem "Where I'm From". My poem is based on that.

3. Last but not least, my dad, who helped me edit the video. (You will know what I'm talking about in a bit.)

I'm from a fresh-smelling garden smelled by me.

Which has a graceful mint plant.

and pitch-dark brown eyes.

From the time I broke my knee,

to Myrtle Beach with open seas.

And my last name ____________, from generations of both sides.

I'm from the colorful, bright, powder,

flying in the air,

Holi is here with happiness and joy

that covered me, head to toe.

From my parents saying "calm down"

and "clean up".

I'm from the Buddha god small to big size.

I'm from Nepal in my family tree,

but me from ______________, Wisconsin.

And from Momo and Pani Puri.

From my mom carrying bookbags for ___ minutes,

from her three siblings and her

And the time my dad lived in his office.

I'm from the small to big albums under the TV,

and pictures in my room, everywhere to remember.
